With classes held throughout the week, you will be able to become a complete Mixed Martial Artist. Utilizing the combined knowledge of FOUR MMA coaches, Iron Circle members recieve field tested instructions.
The program consists of a four part successful system:

- 1) STRIKING: Learn how to use hand strikes from Western Boxing, and the effective elbow strikes, knees, and kicks of Muay Thai Kickboxing.
- 2) TAKEDOWNS: Using a mixture of sweeps and throws from JUDO and the leg trappings of WRESTLING, you can move to the third part of your training smoothly.
- 3) GRAPPLING: A combination of superior postioning, reversals, and submission techniques and tactics, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been proven to be one of the most effective form of groundfighting.
- 4) CONDITIONIONG: "Out Last" your opponent!! Our training sessions expose you to various physical regimines, all done AT YOUR OWN PACE!!!. Plyometrics, Calesthenics, flexibility stretching, Core, strength, Cardio, and Circuit trianing all contribute to your success as a Mixed Martial Artist!!
