I started training at Iron Circle Martial Arts in February 2008, soon after I fell in love with the BJJ and MMA program.
Almost a year has passed and I feel as motivated and inspired as when I first stepped through Iron Circle's doors. This is due primarily to the jovial, knowledgeable and creative instructors.

Rigorous training, combined with positive reinforcement from instructors, assist in building confidence to persevere and develop indomitable spirit.
2) FITNESS: Studies show that 10 minutes of intense martial arts training can burn up to 80 calories.
Our classes utilize various exercise physiology, such as plyometrics, calisthenics, and core training to enhance cardio and muscular endurance.
Proper Warm-up and cool down stretching systems will help you increase flexibility and strengthen muscles which help prevent injuries.
3) EFFECTIVE SELF-DEFENSE: Iron Circle offers presents a variety of Martial Art programs which train you to be successful when life confronts you with obstacles, both physical and mental.
